1acceptance of terms

by accessing or using the FunRetreat website, booking system or facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

all bookings are subject to availability. cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling. no-shows are non-refundable.

guests are expected to follow on-site safety instructions. management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject guests who do not comply.

children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult. soft play and kids zones have age and height restrictions posted on-site.

FunRetreat is not liable for personal injuries arising from misuse of equipment or non-compliance with posted safety rules.

personal photography is permitted. commercial photography requires prior written permission.

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
